The protein in the diet is provided by whitefish, which is rarely associated with adverse food reactions in dogs.  This diet can be used as a dietary elimination trial or long-term for dogs with adverse food reactions with dermatological and/or gastrointestinal signs. Optimal amounts of B vitamins and amino acids help maintain the skin's natural barrier effect and omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA help promote a healthy skin and coat.
